- To improve and/or develop a system of coordinated and comprehensive services for older persons throughout Alameda County to enable them to live more independent and dignified lives in their own homes or other residences as long as possible. To assist those adults who qualify for county, state, and federal programs
- Services
- Information and assistance about legal services, in-home services, elder abuse prevention, health programs, library outreach, senior centers, senior day care, transportation, food services, housing information, etc. Subcontracts with local agencies to provide array of services under the Older Americans Act.
