Description: Nationwide nonprofit organization that advances consumer rights by referring complaints, publishing educational materials in multiple languages, advocating for consumers, and comparing prices on credit cards, bank accounts and long distance services.
Services: Publishes financial education materials in multiple languages for underrepresented consumers; provides a free national hotline for consumer support and complaint referrals; facilitates educational materials, training, and support to an extensive network of more than 8,000 community-based organizations; provides expert witness testimony before legislators and policy committees, advocating for underrepresented consumers; releases an unbiased and well-respected Annual Credit Card Survey Report.
