- Provides access to health care services for people experiencing homelessness.
- Services
- Services include comprehensive primary care with integrated behavioral health at five sites throughout Alameda County, urgent care at shelters and on the streets, substance use treatment, dental care, and case management. Mobile Health provides urgent care, brief social work assessments, and referrals to community resources while visiting shelters, meal programs, and other accessible locations in the community.
