- Meditation practice and instruction in a varierty of techniques including bowing, chanting, sitting, and kongan (koan) interviews with the Zen Master. All are welcome. Newcomers can come anytime. Wednesday evenings are particularly good for people new to meditation.

- Weekly meditation practice and monthly weekend retreats, as well as Dharma talks, private interviews and kong-an practice with guiding teacher Zen Master Bon Soeng (Jeff Kitzes) or Vice Abbott Jason Quinn, JDPSN. Beginners night every Wednesday at 7pm
