Description: Sausal Creek Outpatient Stabilization Clinic provides services to any adult who feels that they cannot wait for routine mental health outpatient care.
Services: The clinic is open to referrals and walk-ins. Services are provided for people in acute distress or discomfort as a result of mental illness, difficulty with medications, or personal/family crisis. Access to psychiatrists, nurses and licensed clinical staff. Psychiatrist services are available at all times. Intensive assessment and medication evaluation.Problem resolution assistance. Supportive counseling. Appropriate linkage with community supports and services. Follow-up visits and/or contacts. Other services such as transportation are available if necessary. Sausal Creek is a voluntary program. It is a safe, respectful environment where people in crisis can receive mental health services. People can leave any time they choose.
