- The East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA) is a nonprofit organization representing large and small scale owners and managers of apartments, condominiums, duplexes, single-family homes and other types of rental housing for Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Altogether, EBRHA represents over 17,500 rental units.

- For members: Free property management advice from EBRHA staff; One-on-one property management consultation available;Tenant screening service; Comprehensive educational courses & social events offered monthly; New and updated landlord/tenant legal forms, including Oakland and Berkeley-specific forms; Award-winning, monthly publication "Rental Housing" with information on current events, management advice, state and local legislative updates;Monthly membership meeting; Access to EBRHA's Annual Market Rent Survey, which aggregates rental data from local landlords; Local and state political and legal advocacy.
