- Family and community celebration of Latino culture; provides an opportunity to experience the cultural traditions and values of the Spanish-speaking community celebrating the Day of the Dead. Festival held annually in the Fruitvale Village, from 12th street to 37th street, in the Fruitvale district of Oakland.
