- Nonprofit community-based healthcare provider working to assist American Indians and Alaska natives to improve and maintain their physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Services
- Primary medical and perinatal care, post-partum care, family planning, pediatrics, outreach, nutritional and social service assessment (for prenatal appointments), follow-up care. Regular calendar of group activities. HIV/HCV services. Community Wellness Department therapy center. Dental care includes exams, x-rays, fillings, cleanings, extractions, oral surgery, etc. Youth Program; Sacred Circle of Birth program. Referrals to other services/clinics when needed. Affiliated with the WIC program. Clinics in Oakland, Richmond, Alameda and San Francisco.
