- Transit Career Ladders Training Program promotes transportation careers in low-income areas, unemployed and underemployed communities, and among minorities, veterans and women to fill positions such as Electricians, Transit Vehicle Electronic Technicians (TVET) and Transit Communication Electronic Technicians (TCET).
